Our client, a New York advisory firm, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their CEO. This role will act as a crucial liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, managing information flow and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the firm. The ideal candidate exhibits a high level of organizational skills, discretion, and professionalism.

Hours: 9am 5pm (4 or 5 days in the office per week depending on CEOs calendar)
Compensation: $110-135K range DOE + Benefits + Bonus Eligible
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management
- Coordinate and manage the CEO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements across time zones.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them to optimize the CEO's time.
- Meeting Coordination
- Research, organize and prepare materials for meetings, ensuring the CEO is well-informed.
- Confidentiality and Discretion
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Act as a trusted advisor and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative support, including managing expenses, contacts and spreadsheets.
- Inputting data into Salesforce and handling other ad hoc tasks
- Special Projects
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of prior SVP level or C-level Executive Assistant work experience, preferably in a small to mid-sized firm
- Detailed oriented with strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Self-starter with the ability to complete tasks under tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working with ambiguity
- Advanced PowerPoint skills and Excel proficiency required
- BA Degree required
