Job Description:

This small but mighty organization is an on fire DTC and wholesale company coming out of start up mode as they begin national distribution. This role will play a MAJOR part in shaping its growth, keeping the CEO on track and be able to have direct input at meetings, etc., while leading the entire office.

Seeking individuals that have wholesale, import/export experience and knowledge!

As the Assistant to the CEO you will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO in various aspects of the business. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating communication, and assisting in strategic decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

Serve as liaison with staff, executives, senior leaders, and CEO regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning.

Assist the human resources department with new hires, including documentation and onboarding, and collaborate to address and resolve all employee concerns.

Oversee daily operations in collaboration with senior managers and department leaders, and perform administrative tasks such as managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copies and electronic files, planning and coordinating corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities.

Develop and build on relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations and help define new operational strategies by working with CEO and other executives on special projects.

Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external meetings.

Participate in meetings and discussions related to business strategy, product development, and market expansion.

Contribute innovative ideas and insights to drive business growth and competitive advantage.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience in wholesale distribution and importing, preferably in the footwear or fashion industry.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
