General Description:

SK Capital is seeking an experienced and high caliber Executive Assistant to join our team full-time in the New York office in a hybrid working model. Qualified candidate will possess strong administrative and organization skills while having great attention to detail and will be self-motivated, proactive, have a positive attitude, and great work ethic. Daily responsibilities include calendar management, meeting scheduling, coordination of travel plans, and expense reporting through Concur. This role will report to the Director of Administration.

Primary Job Functions:

Provide office support to a group of the Investment Team (consisting of Managing Directors, Principals, Sr. Directors, Directors, Vice Presidents, Sr. Associates and Associates).

Provide support to the Director of Office Administration.

Manage AMEX statements and receipts of our investment team, prepare and process expense reports and employee reimbursements using Concur.

Process and prepare manual reimbursements using Concur.

Arrange domestic and complex international travels (flights, cars, hotels etc.).

Provide assistance when there are projects or special events.

Heavy calendar management.

Arrange calls, virtual and in person meetings.

Flexibility in schedule will be required based on the needs of the business.

Other office and admin work necessary to perform the job as an executive assistant.

Data entry using Deal Cloud CRM software.

Knowledge on basic accounting for expenses

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum 5-7 years previous office experience as an administrative assistant at a financial services firm

Must have a college degree

Proficient in Microsoft Products particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams

Knowledge of operating general office equipment, such as copier, scanner, video conference systems, Zoom and Microsoft Teams

Must have the ability to work well as a team member

Good verbal and communication skills and conduct themselves in a professional manner

Professional appearance

Good organizational skills a must, along with meticulous attention to detail

Must be proactive and self-motivated, with an ability to take initiative
