EPSG is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant with a passion for excellence to streamline and enhance the day-to-day functions that support our CTO/COO and CEO. The role will ensure timely communications and efficient operations. The position is based at our headquarters in Melville, NY.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Efficiently handle and manage executives' schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure no scheduling conflicts.
- Monitor, sort, and prioritize incoming emails for executives.
- Create, edit, and format documents and presentations using Microsoft 365 applications.
- Plan, organize, and facilitate meetings including setting up video conferencing through Microsoft Teams.
- Maintain an organized system of electronic files using OneDrive and SharePoint.
- Act as a point of contact between executives and employees or external partners.
- Plan and book executive travel, considering preferences and schedules.
- Create expense reports and interface with finance.
- Assist in organizing company events and functions.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Provide general support like answering phones, filing, and other administrative tasks.
QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS WE LOOK FOR
- Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Strong ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
- Detail oriented with a focus on quality.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
