Green Key Resources is currently looking for an executive recruiter to join our thriving & experienced recruiting division specializing in Accounting and Finance to support their perm opportunities in the tristate and beyond! This is a highly successful close-knit team that is really looking for someone who can hit the ground running. If you are highly motivated with previous experience in recruiting and/or accounting this could be the position for you! Green Key Resources continuously supports the growth and development of our employees making sure our resources and technology is the best in the industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full Life-Cycle recruiting of Accounting/Finance professionals.
- Establishing, building and maintaining relationships with Start Up and Fortune 500 clients and candidates in all stages of their careers.
- Build a network of candidates utilizing the company s proven applicant tracking system and all other proprietary resources.
- Come up with creative strategies to recruit active and passive candidates.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS Degree
- Preferred +2 year of Accounting Finance Executive Search experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven success working in a fast-paced work environment or someone with an innate drive to be the best.
- Hybrid in Melville, Long Island 1-2x per week
