A rapidly growing company headquartered in Mantua, NJ, Orbit Energy & Power is a whole-home solutions provider offering services such as solar energy, water purification, heating and cooling, roofing, and more.

Orbit Energy & Power is looking to expand our in-office marketing team! Answering directly to the Director of Marketing and Design, this position works to ensure Orbit has a presence at trade shows, local events, and more. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for finding events within our service area, booking a booth or table, and confirming our attendance, as well as ensuring that there are sufficient supplies and materials for the event. The Event Coordinator will also attend events and trade shows, ensuring a professional set-up and appearance as a representative of Orbit Energy & Power. This role requires strong organization, planning, and communication skills.

****Responsibilities Include:****

* Ordering items and materials

* Updating calendars and reports

* Work with various teams to ensure booth preparation

* Work with teams to gain feedback on event success

* Assist with other Marketing responsibilities as needed

****Requirements:****

* Valid NJ Drivers License

* Flexible Schedule

* Organized planning ability
