Seeking an experienced estimator to assist with my client's growing account with a leading national financial/investment firm.

This client, established over a century ago, is one of the nation s leading construction experts across almost every market. They ve been recognized by Forbes, the Washington Post, the Boston Globe, and the Hartford Business Journal as one of the top places to work. Additionally, this client went public and now allows all of it s employees to participate in their 100% ESOP.

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably with commercial interior fitout projects.
• Strong experience developing and strengthening client relationships.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and costs.
• Proven track record of accurately estimating project costs and producing competitive bids.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
