Maintenance/Caretaking Couple
UHNW family is looking for a live in couple to act as estate managers/property managers to maintain . Looking for two individuals to live on-site year round to maintain the home, grounds and additional property. The applicants will be responsible for overseeing all systems within and outside the home and buildings with preventative maintenance always in mind. The applicants must be mechanically inclined with carpentry skills for small projects and basic plumbing/electrical. Provide 24-hour emergency maintenance service. Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies. Must be able to take directions and be self-starter. Relate professionally with residents, vendors and other employees. Additional duties during the summer months while family is in residence.
Compensation of $200-300k is for two individuals and includes on-site living accommodations, utilities, internet etc.
