Our products include milk, flavored milk, yogurt, dip, sour cream, cottage cheese, Italian cheese, and ice cream mix marketed under the Upstate Farms, Bison, Milk for Life, and Intense Milk brands.The ERP Systems Analyst position will be primarily responsible for engaging in new system implementations and supporting day-to-day tasks related to ERP systems by acting as a liaison between the Technology team and our business users.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Consult with business users to identify wants, needs, and/or issues, and help deliver technology solutions that meet those needs.
  • Provide process and technical leadership assistance in streamlining business processes.
  • Collaborate with the Application Services ERP team to document design specifications and functional requirements.
  • Configure and test solutions within the application.
  • Provide operational support such as, troubleshooting end-user issues and perform ongoing support.
  • Develop a working knowledge of relational databases and analytics platforms.
  • Create, maintain, and deliver end-user training on any new or added functionality in the system along with normal system operation training.
  • Other duties as required.
EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer, or Engineering
EXPERIENCE:
  • 2 years of business implementation or ERP design and project planning experience.
  • Experience working in the technology, software or SaaS industries.
  • Experience with collection and documentation of requirements for ERP systems.
  • Working knowledge of relational database.
  • Working knowledge of analytics and analytics platforms preferred .
  • May be required to work outside normal business hours on an as needed basis.
SKILLS and ABILITIES:
  • Knowledge of system development methodologies in the area of requirements gathering.
  • Ability to organize, analyze, interpret and evaluate problems and provide solutions with the right sense of urgency.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal at all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to focus on overall business success and find opportunities within IT and the business to improve business performance.
Pay: $58,600 - $76,200 a year**The salary range indicated in this posting represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position. Actual salary will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, budget available, prior experience, knowledge, skill and education as they relate to the position's qualifications, in addition to internal equity. The posted salary range reflects just one component of our total rewards package.
