**Mission:**

Help drive Puig digital acceleration execution for e-commerce with a key focus on strengthening our brand presence at Sephora. Contribute to other areas of digital acceleration through content management and advertising/promotion.

**Responsibilities:**

**Enable best in class execution for all new launches for core brands and regularly audit core evergreen business**

* Develop asset guidelines deck for new launches on core brands retailing at Sephora

* Ensure all launch materials are live and in compliance with Sephora

* Work in partnership with eRetail Team on getting the right assets that will drive higher conversion and stronger storytelling on site

* Assist in seasonal planning and execution with eRetail Team, focusing on GWPs, sampling and paired exposure and programming

* Maintain a heavier focus on Sephora as priority retailer with Ulta support as secondary with set up forms, system uploads, and portal sku management

* Work on competitive analysis during key seasonal times for core brands on biggest retailer partners

**Build strong relationships with the retailers and internal teams**

* Develop a strong partnership and efficient way of working with the .com teams at key beauty specialist accounts

* Work closely with marketing & media team members to have input on merchandising, email, search and social campaigns for core retailers

* Partner with Global e-Commerce teams for relevant PDP updates, any additional asset needs, and to share learnings from our market

**Partnership in other core digital team executional work**

* Growth and opportunities to learn more in media and advocacy

* Assisting with assets, product, and content being leveraged on retailers

* Streamlining PO setup and invoicing process with cross functional team, finance, and agency partners

**Skills and Requirements:**

* Bachelors Degree in business-related major, marketing, sales, social/behavioral sciences

* Minimum 1-2 years experience working in digital or e-commerce role

* Passion for all things digital and beauty

* Strong communication skills writing, building presentations, verbal skills

* Innovative thinker and interested in first to market

* Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel.

* Needs to be a creative problem solver, thrive in fast paced environment, prioritize, and oversee multiple projects at once.

* Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

* Attention to detail and work well with cross functional teams.
