The trainee will be responsible for learning total store operations, with the ultimate goal of moving up the ladder into a manager position. Within the first 6-12 months, you can be promoted (based on performance and position availability), which can lead to up to a 40% increase in annual pay. Trainees are typically promoted to General Managers within three to four years. Manager Trainees must complete learning plan and course of study as outlined within the assigned time frame and must be willing to relocate for management position.Sales in a retail environmentFreight handling and forklift training, certification, and operationCreating material estimates from blueprintsMaintaining and merchandising store inventoryResponsibilities:Payroll, Invoicing, Inventory and POS SystemsMicrosoft Office Suite (previous experience preferred)Interpreting and analyzing common financial reportsReading blueprints and creating material listsResponding to common inquiries or complaints from customersQualifications:High school diploma or general education degree (GED), College Prefered#LI-JJ1
