**Your Life As a Maven:**

* Manage a team of Enterprise Sales Executives each targeting $10M quotas while carrying an individual quota of $5M as a player-coach.

* Build a strategic territory plan to generate and develop business opportunities for both greenfield and existing accounts.

* Lead Maven Wave's sales team as they work side-by-side with hyper-scalers in identifying, driving, closing sales, and serving our client base.

* Understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level.

* Develop and provide custom proposals based on Maven Wave service offerings and cloud solutions in order to solve customers business and technical challenges.

**Your Expertise:**

* Experience managing a team of senior sales executives, providing sales support & enablement and driving successful growth strategies.

* 10+ years of enterprise-level sales/relationship management experience in the technology services industry.

* Experience attaining $10M+ in annual revenue.

* Experience in both cloud and legacy enterprise IT environments & experience leveraging MSP offerings and onshore/offshore deals.

* Experience in building long-term strategic relationships at senior levels.

* Bring a consultative background in analyzing and solving customer problems.
