Job Description:

We are currently working with a Leading Global Bank that is looking to hire an Enterprise Architect/ Technical Project Manager.

In this strategic role, you will play a key role in:

  • Designing and implementing innovative infrastructure solutions: Partner with cross-functional teams (Cloud, Automation, OS Engineering, Networking, Operations, and Corporate Real Estate) to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and future-proof infrastructure architectures.
  • Driving operational excellence: Champion process improvement initiatives to streamline ticket/incident management and enhance overall team efficiency.
  • Cultivating strong partnerships: Foster open communication between Infrastructure IT and Front Office IT teams, bridging the gap and ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Leading technology advancements: Evaluate and recommend cutting-edge infrastructure technologies, tools, and platforms to optimize performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance: Maintain a deep understanding of finance industry regulations, compliance standards, and security frameworks to ensure infrastructure adheres to best practices.
  • Staying ahead of the curve: Continuously research and integrate emerging technologies into the infrastructure strategy, keeping Mizuho Americas Services at the forefront of innovation.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Infrastructure IT or a related field.
  • 8+ years of proven experience as an Infrastructure Architect in the finance industry, with a focus on designing and implementing infrastructure solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, automation tools, operating systems, networking protocols, and IT operations.
  • Proficiency in infrastructure architecture frameworks and design principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Top-notch communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Industry certifications (highly desirable).
