MJHS companies are qualified employers under the Federal Government's Paid Student Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) Responsibilities: Assists in the daily management of the Enrollment support staff. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: staffing, monitoring staff calls, customer service delivery, scheduling of accrued time off benefits, resolution of Enrollment support staff issues related to pre-enrollment processing. Assists Manager with the creation and implementation of all projects, policies and procedures as related to plan enrollment process. Ensures optimal work flows to promote staff and new enrollee satisfaction Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Two years in sales, health care or related field.
  • Managed care experience a plus.
  • Computer skills and knowledge of PC based applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
