In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various engineering projects, working closely with project managers, and leading the team to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge technological solutions. You will be a part of a vibrant and passionate team that thrives on pushing the boundaries of technology to solve complex problems. This is a full-time, permanent role that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a diverse team of engineers, fostering a creative and collaborative environment.
- Ensure the successful execution of engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Work closely with project managers to determine project specifications and timelines.
- Lead the team in designing, developing, and implementing technological solutions using Golang, Python, AWS, TypeScript, and React.

- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing guidance, training, and mentorship as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required; a Master s degree is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an engineering management role in the technology industry.
- Strong technical proficiency in Golang, Python, AWS, TypeScript, and React.
- Proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of system/software development projects in a structured environment.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities with a commitment to drive team performance.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a knack for complex challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts.
- Solid understanding of the technology industry, including current trends, technologies, and processes.
