Because Friends Care Always!Requirements for an Employment Onboarding Success Coach:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Nursing, Education, Counseling) preferred.
- Proven experience in counseling, job coaching, or related roles, especially within healthcare or skilled nursing settings.
- Strong understanding of diverse abilities, disabilities, and accommodations in the workplace.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with individuals, staff, and external partners.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to employment for individuals with diverse abilities.
Responsibilities for an Employment Onboarding Success Coach:
- Assist employees to maximize their potential on the job by supporting and assisting them in gaining employment skills to successfully manage their professional lives.
- The ultimate goals of the Coach are:
- Help create a workplace where team members are motivated to do their best work while feeling valued, safe, and appreciated.
- Impact retention in a positive manner by building relationships and providing resources and guidance to our team members.
- Act as a partner to Managers and Supervisors as we continue to build and develop our workforce.
- Identify areas of improvement in our onboarding process, organizational communications, employee engagement, and overall culture.
