Manager, Employee Relations OpportunityAbout the Company and Opportunity- Manager of Employee Relations- CFS of New York is working with a college prep institution helping kids prepare for college- In business for 20+ years providing equal education opportunities in the East Coast- They have 41 schools and over 15,000 students and are rated as a top charter school network in the country- This person will be working in the Queens and Brooklyn area with 5 schools- Full benefits including 403B, and paid family leaveRole Responsibilities- Manager of Employee Relations- Providing guidance on employment relations functions for 5 schools including investigations, and talent management issues- Managing HR administration, employment verifications, case management- Advising schools in conflicting resolutions, performance improvement plans, and other employee related items- Working with ADP Workforce nowPreferred Qualifications- Manager of Employee Relations- 4+ years of relevant experience- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to commute to 5 schools (train or car)- Knowledge in ADP Work Force#LI-RP2
