LHH is currently seeking an Automation Electrician to join our clients team for leading and building small to medium size projects by assembling, installing, testing and maintaining electrical equipment on-site in Victor, New York.
What you will be doing:
- Studies blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, and specifications, to determine dimensions for cabinets, sequence of operations, and setup requirements.
- Confers with engineers, production personnel, programmers, or others to resolve wiring or assembly problems.
- Make modifications to as-built prints and communicate with engineers on additional details essential to project success.
- Aid with suggestions on basic component purchases (wire-way, terminal blocks, etc.).
- Responsible for Panel Build including drill and tap holes, mount components, and wire devices.
- Assemble pneumatic air prep units and valve banks.
- Ensure proper machine operation.
- Aids with machine debug.
- Observe safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Any other task assigned by management within scope of position, federal and state regulations.
