Electrical Engineer:
Description:
Hiring an Electronics Engineer to support the Traniscold group. Will be responsible for supporting sustaining engineering efforts from the field. Position will be responsible for:
Design and development of embedded control components and systems from concept through production.
Design, assembly and testing of analog, digital and power circuits
Technical documentation including requirements development, functional specifications, design specifications and qualification test plans and reports
Schematic capture, PCB layout, component selection
Support of sustaining products including quality improvements, cost reduction, component obsolescence, failure analysis.
Evaluation and approval of components to meet requirements for availability, performance and cost
Evaluation of failures to determine root cause and corrective actions
Sustaining electrical engineering support to manufacturing operations and cost reduction efforts
Electronic Product Change Notice (PCN) generation and implementation
Participate in hardware design reviews
Interface with team members, customers, and suppliers to move designs from concept to production
Interface with Reliability group and manufacturing for test plan and fixture electrical design

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering with 7+ years of electrical engineering experience.
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering with 5+ years of electrical engineering experience.
