This position is necessary to support present and future growth of the company.

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:- Manage all technical inputs for quotations on new and existing designs
- Design, develop and provide technical support for new and existing products relating to magnetic, capacitive and filter components.
- Travel to potential and existing customers to provide technical support
- Interface with other departments to provide support
Required Skills: - 3+ years' experience developing new products at the component level
- Proven track record of designing and managing development projects from inception through end of life
- Ability to communicate clearly and desire to learn
- This position requires either a US Person or a non-US Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization
Desired Skills:- Knowledge of multi-stage filter design, testing and manufacture
- Knowledge of Mil-PRF-15733, Mil-PRF-27
- Knowledge of magnetic component design
- Knowledge of low and high voltage capacitor design
- Ability to multi-task and successfully manage multiple projects
- Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned
Physical Requirements: - Ability to read small text and handwriting.
- The employee must be able to visually examine parts and documents.
