Location: Fort Myers, FLPay rate: $16-$18Shift: 7:00AM to 5:00PM Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays. Saturdays are required when needed.Responsibilities:Assemble equipment from factory.Load and unload trucks, help maintain equipment yard and shop.Install accessories and dealer installed optionsPerform routine maintenance on equipment (oil changes, etc.)Assist Repair Technicians as needed.Work on different types of equipment including but not limited to: tractors, box blades, rotary cutters, other 3-point attachments, zero-turns, other mowers, skid steers, backhoes, excavators, etc.This position works outside in our non-climate-controlled shop. (With a Fan and a Porta-Cool).Requirements:The Technician will need to have their own complete set of basic mechanical tools (specialty tools will be provided).Candidate must have no lifting restrictionsMust have a valid drivers licenseCandidate MUST be able to read and write in English.Technicians must be able to tolerate a range of weather and temperatures, including the Florida afternoon heat.Background and drug testingBenefits (employee contribution):
