Our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility is fully licensed and accredited, offering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners and their families.

Position Overview: As the Educational Director, you will play a pivotal role in supervising and supporting the operations of our preschool while fostering the professional development of our dedicated teaching staff. You'll ensure the proper implementation of curriculum standards, track children's progress, and create a culture of continuous learning and development.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing supervision and management for all aspects of program services delivery
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and funding obligations
  • Managing curricula, facilities, budgets, and staff development
  • Building partnerships with families, volunteers, and community organizations

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or Childhood Education
  • NYS Permanent Teaching Certification (Birth-2 or N-6)
  • Minimum of three years teaching experience
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of NYS Common Core, Creative Curriculum, and Teaching Strategies Gold

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CLASS certification
  • Experience with early childhood assessment tools and online systems
  • Familiarity with developmental screenings
