**Orangeburg, NY** **Job Overview:**
We are looking for a Digital Merchandiser to join our growing E-commerce team. In this role, you would be responsible for the day-to-day management, merchandising and revenue growth of the Dynarex brand and its online channels with anemphasis on site productivity, sales growth and conversion.
A primary focus of this role is the full optimization of the online product on Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central to ensure that the right product is uploaded correctly and in a timely manner. This position is accountable for the planning, strategy and set-up of merchandise on the site and working with the marketing and content teams to create and execute the merchandising plan. The Merchandiser will also provide sales/KPI reporting on a scheduled and ad-hoc basis and conduct competitive analyses to identify trends in retailing and E-commerce. Manage the full portfolio of products for our category including SKU tracking, channel priorities and inventory management.
Effectively merchandise products within the product category to influence conversion rate and sales, while balancing with marketing initiatives and brand focus.
Drive sales and conversion for the Amazon channel of business through product content merchandising and channel marketing opportunities
Ensure products are listed in a timely-manner and fully optimized.
Maintain Competitor market pricing by assessing Competitors, including Competitor research and analysis.
Manage, audit, and optimize Amazon listing regularly to ensure optimal performance and ranking
Coordinate with additional Department personnel on tasks to support projects when applicable
**Need to Have:**
1+ year amazon marketing/merchandising experience will be considered
1+ year with Helium 10, Keepa or other 3rd party Amazon tools.
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage many projects at once
Self-motivation with the ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment
Ability to assume responsibility and work independently with little or no supervision
Charisma and humor
**Nice to Have:**
Prior merchandising experience on other ecom channels Walmart or eBay
PPC experience
Amazon Vendor Central experience
Understanding of digital eCommerce graphic design concepts
