Job Description:

This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth on our ecommerce channels. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency. They will lead the development and execution of strategies to maximize the presence and performance of our brand on Amazon, Walmart.com and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Will be responsible for top line sales while maintaining a healthy P&L on a portion of our catalog
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions. Will work closely with the advertising team, inventory team and creative team to make progress on established goals
  • Analyze and report on brand performance to determine ROI
  • Monitor market and consumer trends
  • Acting as a key point of contact with marketplace account reps

Qualifications

  • 3+ years' ecommerce brand management or marketplace experience
  • A strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon, including best practices, trends, and the ability to leverage the platform
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing
  • Amazon seller center experience preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and metrics, with a keen attention to detail, and the capacity to craft compelling narratives and strategies based on data insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies. Strong presentation skills for engaging and influencing both internal and external stakeholders.
