JOB SUMMARY:The North America E-Commerce Associate Manager will help manage the day-to-day site merchandising and operations for L OCCITANE s USA and Canadian websites, on both desktop and mobile. This role will require working closely with cross-functional teams and some external agencies.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the creative briefing and implementation of website assets.
- Ensure a strong sitewide launch for each product and marketing campaign through strong communication and organization with cross-functioning partners.
- Check analytics portals including Google Analytics to identify potential optimizations.
- Support the NA E-Commerce Manager in categorization and content animations across the site:
- Strategize and brief new personalization experiences and project-manage them to launch.
- A/B test new marketing initiatives and apply key learnings.
- Leverage other markets best practices and optimize to implement locally in North America.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Retail Marketing, Customer Acquisition, Email, CRM, Retail, PR) to help support special requests and ad-hoc projects.
- Website Operations & Promotions:
- Maintain new and evergreen products including virtual kits, life cycle, inventory status and SKU updates.
- Use robust data analysis combined with visual curation, to inform the optimal categorization of products to drive conversion.
- Partner with marketing teams to support enhancement of existing products and creation of new product launches.
- Create and test promo codes to ensure seamless execution and customer experience at checkout.
- Track start and end dates and track inventory coverage for gifts with purchase.
- All other duties or projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:EDUCATION:
EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years experience in E-Commerce.
SKILLS:
- Proficient in Excel.
- Project management and organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail.
- Strong grasp of business strategy and the ability to prioritize opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic, analytical, and creative thinker with the ability to react to performance KPI s.
- Experience with various Content Management Systems (Demandware/Salesforce preferred).
- Excellent writing and copyediting skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the rigor and discipline to build the business and creative competencies that will allow us to stand out in the market.
- Proficient in HTML and CSS a plus.
- Proficient in analytics platforms a plus.
The compensation for this role ranges from $60-$65K + bonus (based on skills, experience and with differentials applied if outside of NYC.)PHYSICAL & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimal travel possible.
- Candidate must be available to work on some bank holidays (e.g., Thanksgiving) and sometimes on evenings and weekends.
