Job Description A Fulltime Document Scanning Clerk Position is open at our location in downtown Manhattan.
Preferred Experience: - Experience in a high-volume production environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare paper documents to be scanned removing staples, binder clips rubber bands, unfold bent pages. Make scan ready.
- Process electronic documents received on CD's, thru client emails or downloaded from an internet portal.
- Ensure proper image quality, that there are no missing documents.
- Resolve any quality problems as required.
- Must be able to lift 20-40 pounds.
Skills:
- Must be able to recognize and question work tasks that may require management's attention.
- Must be high organized and detail oriented.
- Must be a team player and work with others to reach common goals.
- Must also be able to work independently without supervision.
- Must have basic Microsoft Windows skills.
- Must have strong technical aptitude.
- Experience with high-speed production scanners is a plus

Salary: $21 per hour
