What you'll do Wendy s (a brand of HAZA Group) is seeking a District Manager with 3+ years of relevant district manager/multi-unit management experience in food service, to oversee restaurant operations of 5-7 high volume Wendy's restaurants. EOEWhat we expect from you Requirements: Min 3 years District Manager/MUM Manager experience (in high volume Fast Food &/or Quick Casual concepts) Previous Wendy's District Manager experience strongly preferred.Proven track record in financials, staffing, customer evaluation index results, food safety and voice of the customer programValid DL in good standing & access to private trans requiredFlexibility to work any days/shifts as neededUndergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulationsHS Diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal law.Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExcellent skills in communication & interpersonal, conflict resolution and decision makingResults oriented and customer service focusedPrevious Wendy s experience a plus!This job opportunity is with one of our many franchisees.
