Position Details:Title: Dispatching Lead/ SchedulerLocation: Farmingdale, NYShift: M-F; 8:30am 5:00pmCompensation: $50k - $60kBenefits: Company benefits package; Currently paid $800/mo for medical insuranceTravel: NonePosition Description:The Dispatching Lead/ Scheduler will be responsible for providing customer service to Company s clients as well as scheduling the technicians based out of Farmingdale, NY that service over 4000 customers in NY, NJ, and CT. They will be managing and routing 5-8 technician teams within the surrounding areas while managing the schedule with CRM software. They will be responsible for following up and scheduling customer payments and upselling additional work when possible.Requirements:A candidate for this role should preferably be a military veteran with 2-3 years of prior experience in customer service and scheduling. Candidates that have low voltage or Company management experience is a plus, but not required. Position will be in office M-F.
