Job Description:

Leadenhall Search & Selection are currently recruiting for a Director - Sales Strategy & Enablement position within a global investment management firm. This role can be based out of New York, Boston, San Francisco, and Milwaukee.

Expectations:

The applicant can anticipate:

  • Working closely with top-level executives to grasp past and future trends, objectives, and company priorities.
  • Evaluating current capabilities by thoroughly assessing the team, procedures, data, and tools.
  • Devising and executing comprehensive strategies to enhance sales effectiveness, aligned with priorities and informed by analysis.
  • Collaborating with global distribution teams to grasp their needs, while streamlining and consolidating our sales empowerment resources, procedures, tools, and data hubs.
  • Providing guidance on digital content, CRM integration and analysis, KPI assessments, training and growth, and AI applications.
  • Crafting strategies to engage clients and prospects at the opportune moments and channels.
  • Examining sales performance and digital marketing endeavours to pinpoint patterns and unearth opportunities.
  • Overseeing and nurturing a team of six individuals in Milwaukee and London.
  • Enhancing revenue growth, cultivating new business, servicing existing clientele effectively, and refining client interactions.

Requirements:

The successful applicant will exhibit robust analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor s degree.
  • A minimum of fifteen years of progressive experience in sales empowerment, with a portion in leadership roles.
  • Proficiency in investment management with a profound understanding of sales and marketing dynamics, alongside technical expertise and operational familiarity across asset categories (equities, fixed income, alternatives).
  • Expertise in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Competence in data analysis, trend identification, and the ability to drive decisions based on data.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-calibre teams and individuals.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
