**WHAT YOULL DO**

* Own the overall performance of Mack Weldons retail division, which includes our directly owned and operated locations as well as our third party operated locations

* Run smooth and efficient retail operations that consistently deliver best-in-class experiences to our customers

* Hire, develop and manage a retail team of high performers and ensure proper staffing, training and floor coverage across all store locations

* Drive and optimize retail P&L performance, working closely with Finance to set monthly, quarterly and annual performance targets and budgets

* Develop visual merchandising initiatives that align with the companys merchandising and product launch priorities

* Partner with Marketing on in-store retail marketing strategies that maximize foot traffic and sales

* Develop tools to capture quantitative and qualitative data on retail trends, performance and customer feedback

* Regularly monitor and analyze data of third party operated stores to ensure stores meet Mack Weldons standards and performance targets

**WHAT WILL SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS**

* 7+ years experience in retail performance or multi-store management

* Experience with a direct-to-consumer brand a plus

* Passion for the industry and its people

* A high standard of customer experience

* Strong analytical and planning skills

* Organized, agile and hands-on, ready and able to solve any problem no matter how big or small

* Highly collaborative and strong cross-functional communicator

* Able to travel to stores at least once a quarter
