OVERVIEW:

The U.S. Product Delivery (USPD) team is part of the North American Markets (NAM) Customer Delivery organization. USPD is a customer-facing team that leads deployment of Mastercard Products and Services to market in partnership with our issuing, acquiring, and merchant customers, other payments ecosystem constituents, and variety of internal partners.

USPD is responsible for helping customers manage the technical and business aspects of a product launch, while ensuring they have an exceptional end-to-end delivery experience with Mastercard, and leading both internal and external partners towards successful execution. Additionally, USPD is focused on integrating our delivery experience, strategic learnings and market knowledge back into product management and implementation processes, to help improve our products and processes.

The Digital, Push Payments, and C&I Delivery vertical within the USPD team is responsible for ensuring successful go-to-market and delivery of Digital, Push Payments, Cyber & Intelligence, and Open Banking products in the US Market.

ROLE:

Lead the delivery of Go-to-Market initiatives for Open Banking/Finicity Enhancements

Responsible for determining and assessing market/product delivery readiness for supported products in conjunction with product management and other cross-functional teams.

Partner with product teams to develop delivery strategies, and repeatable delivery models/processes that integrate all activities and dependencies that are required for successful E2E delivery of a product(s), as a single coordinated effort.

Act as the knowledge and delivery model expert for supported products, platforms and services.

Be responsible for the project management and delivery of those products, platforms and services; capturing lessons learned and best practices to constantly evolve Mastercards delivery capabilities.

Provide feedback to internal partners on solution enhancements or new product constructs.

Be accountable for enabling transition of complex products and solutions to BAU Delivery, and escalate issues/risks as applicable.

Be the central point of contact for customers and/or Mastercard customer representatives

Lead assigned product delivery projects to ensure contractual objectives, on-time delivery, and revenue goals are met

Responsible for alignment across project work streams to ensure all dependencies are identified and integrated

Ensures resolution of day-to-day technical/operational risks and issues as related to assigned delivery projects

Demonstrate appropriate level of urgency to ensure mitigation of risks and resolution of issues with the ability to identify and communicate true business impact.

ALL ABOUT YOU:

Demonstrated experience in the financial services/payments industry, technology services, and strategy development and execution.

Ability to maintain working product and industry knowledge, with emphasis on digital payments.

Ability to integrate technology with business, and to quickly understand, assess, simplify and articulate complex business and technical challenges/solutions.

Extensive project management, problem solving and planning skills with a demonstrated record of success in managing multiple projects/programs with external and internal clients.

Proven leadership skills. Ability to manage cross functional teams internally and externally in leading market level initiatives.

Strong situational leadership skills with ability to be persuasive/persistent to introduce, champion and gain acceptance of new approaches, processes, and solutions. Proven ability to lead change at all functional levels and present to senior executive management.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with superior external client and industry relationship management skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong, positive working relationships at all functional levels, and to thrive and effectively collaborate in dynamic, fast-paced team environment.

Process improvement experience in identifying continuous improvement, efficiencies and faster ways to get work done, with sustained quality.

Occasional travel may be required (up to 10%)
