The Director of Pricing will be responsible for defining pricing and packaging for Celonis product solutions to support our continued growth as the leader in Process Intelligence.
The work you ll do:
- Partner with leaders in the Product, Finance and Go-to-Market organizations to develop a coherent Pricing and Packaging strategy for our products while supporting continued innovation
- Build a strong understanding of the product value we deliver, help drive adoption, and understand what differentiates us from the market
- Track and measure pricing realization and develop data driven recommendations to support customer expansion
- Support our Go-to-Market functions on strategic initiatives to support attainment of customer driven deliverables
- Develop a trusted relationship with executive leadership and other stakeholders to become the go-to adviser for all monetization questions
The qualifications you need:
- 10+ years of relevant pricing experience in the enterprise software industry
- A track-record of developing trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and working effectively in a cross functional environment
- Demonstrated ability to build and develop a team of product pricing professionals
- A roll-up-your-sleeve mentality and excitement to build and develop a SaaS pricing function
- Prior management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, pricing/product strategy or product management experience
- MBA preferred
