Position Overview:
We seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Lead with expertise in JavaScript and HTML to join the dynamic team. As a Product Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and enhancement of their cutting-edge data privacy platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements and guide the execution of our product roadmap. The role is a hands-on leadership position, working closely with the Co-Founder to create an exceptional product.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the data privacy platform.
- Gather and analyze user feedback, market research, and competitive intelligence to identify new opportunities and prioritize product enhancements.
- Translate customer requirements into detailed user stories, feature specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
- Drive product launches, including defining go-to-market strategies, coordinating with marketing and sales teams, and measuring the success of product releases.
- Act as a subject matter expert on JavaScript and HTML, providing guidance and support to engineering teams as needed.
- Monitor key performance indicators and user metrics to track the success of product initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on software development.
- Strong technical background with proficiency in JavaScript and HTML/CSS.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment and using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
