You are tasked with crafting the analytical vision, transforming it into a successful strategy and roadmap. Collaborate with partners across product, technology, marketing, professional services, and sales to fulfill the product vision. Champion analytics, data, and machine learning, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and risk management.This position can be remote in the US or hybrid from one of our offices. Preference for candidates in Eastern Time Zones. Candidates should be comfortable flexing their work schedule to speak with global team members a few times a week.Responsibilities* Demonstrating Leadership: Inspire and lead a cross-functional team to execute the product strategy and drive business growth. Develop the machine learning and analytics vision and strategy* Demonstrating Innovation in Analytics and Machine Learning: Propose innovative approaches to optimize models and extract insights from vast data points in the ThreatMetrix Digital Identity Network.* Demonstrating Data-Driven Decision-Making: Establish key metrics for product performance. Utilize insights for strategic decision-making and prioritize features* Demonstrating Market Positioning: Act as the primary evangelist for your products. Clearly articulate customer value propositions, supporting sales and customer success teams* Demonstrating Customer Advocacy: Gather feedback from the market and customer interactions. Understand the results-oriented landscape and act as the customer's voice in strategy discussions.* Demonstrating Strategic Insight: Identify market needs through collaboration with experts. Evaluate strategic options including partnerships, acquisitions, or internal development.* Demonstrating Technology Proficiency: Maintain a deep understanding of the technologies driving your products. Stay ahead of emerging tech trends relevant to the market.* Demonstrating Best Practices and Collaboration: Foster best practices within the team to scale globally. Ensure seamless collaboration with internal teams to share insights and strategies.Requirements* Have proven experience in Product Management, Risk Management, Analytics, or Machine Learning.* Have leadership experience with a track record of influencing change through collaboration and effective stakeholder management.* Have knowledge in fraud analytics, including Account Takeover, Social Engineering, and Chargebacks.* Experience with analytics tools (SQL, Python, PowerBI, SuperSet) for deriving insights from extensive datasets.* Have the ability to simplify complex problems into actionable solutions.* Have excellent communication skills, capable of evangelizing data and analytics internally.* Have demonstrated experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions.* Demonstrate awareness of ethical considerations in Machine Learning applications.* Be agile in managing multiple projects and priorities.* Have familiarity with Agile Scrum, Kanban, and software development practices.Learn more about the LexisNexis Risk team and how we work here#LI-RB1#LI-RemoteThe salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for NYC.$150,300.00 - $279,100.00At LexisNexis Risk Solutions, having diverse employees with different perspectives is key to creating innovative new products for our global customers.
