Role OverviewWe are seeking aDirector of Product - Ads + Growthwho will lead key consumer advertising and email experiences for members and partners of ID.me Marketplaces. The Product Leader will build a scalable, performance-based ads platform to drive value to the thousands of brands ID.me Shop works with, own Ads pricing, and will serve as the business owner for Ads.ResponsibilitiesIndependently drive product strategy, roadmap, and executionEmpathize with users and understand their needsBreakdown problems using First-Principles thinkingDevelop ID.me Marketplaces product vision and strategyDefine Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for your productWrite high quality, detailed requirements documentsPrioritize features using data and insightsDevelop a program plan that incorporates interdependencies between functional areasConduct market research for expansion into new markets and vertical segmentsCollaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure the commercial success of ID.mes productsOperates a high-performance organization.
