Responsibilities:

Reporting to the GHVHS, VP of Operations with clinical oversight from the Chief Nursing Officer, the Director works in collaboration with the Administrator for Diagnostic Imaging, Administrator Oncology Product Line, Medical Directors for Diagnostic Imaging, Moody Breast Center and Radiation Oncology. In conjunction with the Director of Nursing for Outpatient infusion, coordinate efforts to assure the quality of nursing care across all outpatient departments. Responsible for directing all quality, clinical and administrative nursing support functions for Diagnostic Imaging, Radiation Oncology, Moody Breast Center and Diabetes Treatment Center. Operation locations included both campuses and multiple off site location.

Compensation for this role is $124,352- $155,439 annually.

Garnet Health System provides a compensation range to comply with the New York State law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits. When determining a team members compensation and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).

Qualifications:

Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree in Nursing required (Bachelors can be in a different field if the Masters is in Nursing). A Master Degree in Nursing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field or matriculation in a Masters degree program required

Minimum Experience: Three (3) years of leadership experience required with five (5) years of experience in outpatient operations, (DI, IR and/or Radiation Oncology) and/or critical care nursing.

Required Certification/Registration:

NYS RN License and RN, and current BLS & ACLS.

Physical Requirements: Work is primarily standing walking and assisting in patient care.

Working Conditions:

Works in Hospital and OP environment which includes drivingto multiple locations.
