Immediate need for a Director of Nursing at an award winning skilled nursing facility in Margaretville, NY.

Type: Travel 13 weeks

Job Duties

• Plan, organize, supervise and direct the general nursing care and treatment services of the hospital.
• Plans, develops and implements nursing programs, policies and procedures
• Provides consultative, directive, and advisory services for the purpose of maintaining nursing standards of care for the facility.
• Ensures that the resources necessary for the provision of nursing services (i.e., personnel, equipment, budget, etc.) are available and that all nursing standards and regulations are met to comply with survey and licensure requirements.

Experience & Skills Required

• 5 years clinical experience
• 2 years supervisory experience
