Brevite is hiring a tenacious Director of Marketing to amplify our presence in the direct-to-consumer and omnichannel landscapes. In this role, you will lead a dynamic, innovative team and report directly to our Co-Founder. You will spearhead digital and growth marketing efforts, enhancing our e-commerce business and elevating brand awareness and engagement through online marketing channels. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other departments to create a unified marketing strategy, ensuring we consistently meet our objectives and maintain a strong connection with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the implementation of innovative marketing strategies for new product introductions, seasonal promotions, collaborations, and brand activities.
  • Act as the lead analyst for marketing performance, establishing clear goals for digital channels that align with broader business objectives. Regularly report insights and results to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Adopt an analytical approach to continuously test, learn, and enhance our marketing efforts across all digital and physical platforms.
  • Manage and enhance our engagement across various channels such as paid acquisition, email, SMS, social media, influencer partnerships, and our site experience and merchandising.
  • Lead team of internal talent and external consultants overseeing website ux, design, and optimization, paid marketing, email marketing, customer acquisition and retention strategies, and implementation
  • Own our e-commerce / digital marketing budget and P&L; develop budget and forecasting, monitor financial performance, and drive any necessary changes to meet or exceed targets.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of e-commerce, omnichannel growth marketing experience, ideally within the consumer goods (CPG) space
  • Direct experience with e-commerce platforms and tools (e.g. Amazon, Shopify, Klayvio, Postscript, etc.)
  • Experience owning, measuring, and managing budget, forecasting, and performance metrics, KPIs, and OKRs
  • A scrappy and enthusiastic proactive problem solver with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • A natural people manager, and love nurturing and developing individuals and teams to meet their full potential
  • High emotional intelligence, low ego, and self-awareness, which encourage positive energy, passion, and fun throughout the organization
  • Exceptional communication abilities with a knack for delivering clear and persuasive messaging across various platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in using data analytics to drive marketing strategies and evaluate performance.
  • Well-versed in marketing technologies and platforms, including e-commerce systems and digital marketing tools.
  • Proven creative acumen with a track record of crafting effective and innovative marketing strategies.
