This successful national investor, owner/operator, and developer has over 17,000 units across over 25 states along with an asset pipeline worth over $6 billion.

This is an exclusive opportunity to manage a $350+ million NYCHA takeover supporting a 1400+ unit affordable housing portfolio across 75+ buildings in Brooklyn.

This Maintenance Director will lead a large team of 3 live-in Resident Managers, 10 Maintenance Technicians, and 23 Porters.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting maintenance operations for an affordable housing portfolio. REAC inspection experience a plus
