Our client, a luxury skincare brand, is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to join their team in a remote capacity. This person will develop and oversee the paid media strategy and day-to-day operations for the company, covering various areas such as Paid Social, Paid Search, Display, OrganicSearch, and Affiliate Marketing programs.
Job Duties Include:
- Utilize expertise in measuring returns against efficiency standards, evaluating channel efficacy, and allocating spend systematically
- Develop and implement paid media strategies, focusing on customer acquisition, conversion rates, and lifetime revenue growth
- Own paid media activities from conception to execution, including managing ad creation
- Maintain a data-oriented approach, setting measurable targets and analyzing campaign performance for continuous improvement
- Establish and monitor KPIs on a regular basis, optimizing ongoing and new programs while managing annual budget
- Manage relationships with performance marketing freelancers, third-party vendors, and platforms, overseeing creative management and performance analysis
- Coordinate A/B and multivariate testing on audience segmentation, content, and landing page strategies
- Collaborate to develop and execute comprehensive campaigns.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration for content and asset creation, ensuring alignment with brand standards and luxury positioning
- Demonstrate success in launching new channels through experimentation and iterative improvements
- Ensure all creative and copy align with brand standards and maintain a luxury positioning
Job Qualifications Include:
- 8+ years of paid media experience with a strong emphasis on paid social media
- Luxury consumer experience highly preferred
- Proficiency in measurement tools, including platform reporting and third-party attribution tools
- Familiarity with GA4 and strong analytical skills for data interpretation
- Excellent organization, planning, and communication skills
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication
- Experience with Asana is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a team player
Pay: $150-$180K plus bonus + equity options
