SUMMARY: The Director of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis leads the budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning and business strategic analysis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the Financial Analytics team.

Compilation and distribution of monthly Global Industrial Review Package.

Creation and distribution of monthly Global Financial Reporting Package.

Leadership responsibility for management of annual business plan and quarterly forecasting process.

Responsibility for the global section of the annual business plan and quarterly forecasting reporting decks.

Oversight and administration of the One Stream Budget and Forecasting application.

Primary point of contact with Berwind for budgeting, forecasting and results analysis requests.

Prepare 7th workday comments.

Participate in 6th and 10th workday financial reviews along with monthly business unit reviews.

Develop and deploy a global working capital management program.

Become the Global Center of Excellence for all things FP&A.

Informal working relationships with all the Business Units to understand how the business units analyze their business and facilitate sharing of best practices.

Interact with the Marketing Analytics Team to share information and observations.

Finance point group supporting the companies digital transformation and embracing of AI/AGI.

Responsible for complying with the company s Environmental Policy Manual, applicable work instructions and reporting any environmental nonconformance and/or potential nonconformance to supervision or management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Four year degree in Accounting or business related field, plus five years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
