LOGIN Director of Concierge Services DESCRIPTION The Director of Concierge Services (DCS) will drive and foster a culture of resident and family centered care and service excellence, while improving the resident and family experience and patient relations throughout the facility.
**Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):**
1. Build trusting relationships with residents, families, and leaders across the facility
2. Evaluate and access current systems and service initiatives
3. Record, monitor and resolve resident and family concerns in a timely and professional manner.
4. Demonstrate a positive work attitude and provide excellent customer service.
5. Identifies and presents key issues impacting the resident and family experience for discussion and decision making which will include findings, barriers to success, and progress toward results.
**Qualifications/Requirements:**
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Able to work well in stressful situations.
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field.
- Ability to sit, stand and walk throughout the workday.
- Ability to communicate in person and on the telephone.
- Ability to take call when facility needs guidance.
