Health Equity, SDOH, Population Health, and Value Based Care experience is preferred.Strategize, develop, implement, and manage new and existing initatives from initial conception through service delivery (targeted approaches) for the 1115 WaiverLead development and implementation efforts and cross-functional teams to develop and execute detailed project plans, workflows, marketing collateral content, and reporting specifications to support integrated and value-based care and population health goalsMonitor & analyze performance & outcomes trends to identify new opportunities or enhancements to existing programs in support of the waiver; provide actionable insights to drive improvement in key performance indicatorsEnsures legal and regulatory compliance of new products and product enhancementsCultivate strong relationships, collaborating with internal and external partnersDevelop and implement effective communication strategies to share performance data with partners, fostering transparency and accountability.Develop reports, presentations, summaries and other materials in support of 1115 organizational efforts to share with key partnersEducation/Experience: Bachelor s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field. 7+ years of health care product development or management, marketing, or project management experience.Pay Range: $142,300.00 - $263,500.00 per yearCentene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.
