An opportunity to work for a leading financial services client based. Looking for an innovative, leader in data science who is passionate about driving change in the sector.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CAO contributing to the vision for the AI & Data team, including organizational design and evaluating key responsibilities.
- Oversee operational business strategy across various vendors and technology platforms, making recommendations for technological enhancements and capabilities.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to identify opportunities for individual and team development, bridging skills gaps and fostering growth plans.
- Lead and support cross-functional project teams, defining project scopes, requirements, and communication strategies.
- Drive process improvements by redesigning policies, procedures, and workflows to boost processing efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree, preferably in Business or Technology.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in operations leadership, including project management and process improvement.
- Strong understanding of the data and analytics industry, along with proficiency in regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to achieving team objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams towards strategic visions and manage complex projects impacting multiple areas.
