Job Title: Digital Operations Director (Contract)
Location: Hybrid (New York City, 3 days per week)
Rate: $800 per day
About the Role:
We're seeking a highly experienced Digital Operations Director for an ongoing contract opportunity with our client in the skin care and cosmetics industry. This role will focus on driving digital innovation and process improvement internally, with a strong emphasis on leveraging technology to enhance operations and creative work.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration of digital solutions to improve efficiency and quality of work.
- Spearhead initiatives such as transitioning to Figma and exploring AI applications.
- Manage day-to-day project tasks while driving digital innovation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement cutting-edge solutions.
Requirements:
- 8+ years experience in interactive/digital production or project management or similar.
- Extensive experience across production and marketing, with the ability to adapt language and strategies as needed.
- Proven track record of partnering with regional, local, legal, and business affairs teams.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working on projects in tech, UX/UI, and product/service design and management.
- Confident in managing technical/functional complex work and applying agile methodologies.
- Experience managing external partners and service providers.
- Proficient in implementing new digital tools and technologies to Creative teams, such as Figma or similar.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Wrike and content management systems like Adobe DAM.
- Proficient in developing contracts and Statements of Work.
- Confident in acting as a point person for internal and external clients.
- Strong written and presentation skills.
- Skilled in problem-solving and conflict management.
