A DAY IN THE LIFE: As a Digital Product Manager, you will:
- Create and own features that support product strategy and IT delivery.
- Lead the direction and focus of engineering and user experience teams.
- Identify feature enhancements, manage associated backlog and roadmap to maximize business outcomes.
- Lead engineering on driving out a technical design, estimates and the delivery.
- Lead UX on driving out design and validate user flows and interfaces.
- Define success metrics and measurement plan.
- Identify and align to external dependencies.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Marketing or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of related product management experience in a health insurance, health provider, or IT industry.
SALARY:
- $130,000 - $150,000 plus 25% bonus
