We current have new openings on our Client Success team in both Retail Media and the Paid Search teams as well as an opening on our Managed Service team for a Retail Media professional. These roles are all hybrid in office (3 days a week in the office) and can be worked out of our SF, NY or Chicago locations.

The Expert Services Manager is a dynamic thought leader tasked with providing world-class services and strategic consultation to Skai clients. Strategic planning, day to day enablement and client account management and optimization of Retail Media Advertising campaigns will be the primary responsibilities of this role. The Expert Services Manager is ultimately responsible for all facets of assigned account program performance and client satisfaction on the Skai Retail Media management platform. Working with a Director of Retail Media Expert Services, this person will execute and lead services that ensure high growth for our industry leading clients.

The SEM Client Success Manager is responsible for overseeing all facets of client utilization of the Skai Search SEM management platform. The CSM is ultimately accountable for clients' satisfaction and ability to leverage Skai Search to drive ROI for SEM initiatives. The ideal candidate will have great project management skills, excellent technical credentials, hands on experience implementing SEM campaigns and most importantly, a results-oriented, consultative approach to addressing client needs.

The Retail Client Success Manager is responsible for overseeing all facets of client utilization of the Skai management platform. The CSM is ultimately accountable for clients' satisfaction and ability to leverage Skai to drive improved campaign performance. The ideal candidate will have great project management skills, excellent technical credentials, hands on experience implementing Retail campaigns and most importantly, a results-oriented, consultative approach to addressing client needs.

Proven track-record of problem-solving

Position Requirements:

Undergraduate degree

2 years experience with hands-on paid ecommerce media campaign implementation, optimization, and management. Preferred experience with Amazon. Amazon DSP, Walmart, Instacart, Citrus, or Criteo experience a bonus. Or 2 years experience with paid search campaigns.

3+ years client-facing or customer service experience

Data analysis, Microsoft Excel skills

Experience with programmatic retail display is an added bonus

Experience collaborating with a global team both locally and virtually is preferred

Energized by solving problems and finding opportunities to make a client successful

The salary range for this position is dependent on the roles and can be seen on the full job descriptions above. The actual salary amount will vary depending on the applicants experience, skills and abilities as well as internal equity and market data. This position is eligible for additional bonus compensation, full details will be provided during the recruitment process.
