Job Summary/Purposes
Ford Models' Digital Division represents the agency's roster of digital creatives, changemakers, artists, & beyond, partnering them with the industry's leading lifestyle and luxury brands for brand activations both online and offline. The division's Digital Assistant is responsible for coordinating/sourcing talent partnerships, managing and scouting talent, organizing talent events and travel, and more.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate talent partnerships & activations
Execute brand outreach and source new opportunities
Develop, build and maintain appropriate business relationships to support key duties
Scout and secure representation with digital talent
Organize talent activities such as events, appearances, and travel
Other
Bachelors Degree and relevant experience in talent management, influencer marketing, and/or luxury/fashion
Highly organized, proactive personality
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Quick-thinking and self-motivated
Creative and innovative with a desire to grow
Eagerness to learn with ability to problem solve
