Job Description:

Adecco Creative is partnering with one of the world's largest luxury brands to recruit for a Site Operations Associate. This role will be covering a medical leave and is contract for approximately 5 months.

Primary Purpose: The Associate Manager, Site Operations & Innovation role will be responsible for executing the digital and testing roadmaps for the North America Outlet eCommerce business. The person in this role is also responsible for reporting on overall site performance to Senior Leadership and must have strong analytical skills. This role requires the ability to work with cross-functional partners to achieve the desired business goals. Please note, this is a temporary, maternity leave coverage position.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in eCommerce to...

  • Be accountable for business reporting on all site KPIs to Senior Leadership (e.g. sessions, revenue, conv, RPV, ADT, gen Z and new customer percentages, search, landing page performance, etc); present topline findings and actionable recommendations
  • Partner with Tapestry Digital Center of Excellence Product Owners to execute the digital roadmap by launching innovative features and functionality that support the digital selling experience
  • Execute the ever fluid, robust testing roadmap, which is based on key business strategies and changes in digital landscape
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across marketing, digital product, testing team, etc. to successfully move the digital and testing roadmaps along
  • Partner with the SEO Team to advocate for enhancements and tests that support growing the organic channel from both a sessions and conversation standpoint; act as the point of contact for the Outlet team and facilitate conversations with Merch, Testing and COE partners
  • Partner with the Tagging & Analytics team on the migration to GA4

The accomplished individual will possess...

  • A BA or BS degree (required).
  • Excellent analytical skills; must be a Google Analytics expert and familiar with Tableau reporting.
  • Strong project management skills; proven ability to drive projects and tests from briefing to execution.
  • An ability to work effectively in ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities and pivot tasks and projects on a moment s notice.
  • A team-orientation with the ability to effectively collaborate with partners across the organization at all levels to achieve common goals and drive the testing and digital roadmaps.
  • Strong listening, written and oral communication skills.
