Pay Range: $22.00 /hr -$23.00/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Top 2 Skills Deskside, and Customer Service
• Shift M-F 8 am-5 PM CST
• Deskside role troubleshooting of hardware and software images, IMAC tasks, no on-call.
• A+ certification is a plus, experience a minimum of 2 years experience.
• Maintains, analyses, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
• Documents, maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems.
• Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and systems groups.
• Trains employees, identifies, analyses, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
• Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.
• Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
